Recently, I had to search for a job in the middle of this economic downturn. I was having enormous trouble getting any momentum to even start the process . My coach, Susan Nguyen, patiently cheered me on and gently guided me as I took the steps needed to get the ball rolling. She intuitively draws out of you the concrete plans that you know you need to follow, and holds you accountable .
